For the wedding of Stephanie Yap and Cheo Mingyou, Fiore Dorato decked out their venue - The Clifford Pier at The Fullerton Bay Hotel, Singapore - in a profusion of cherry blossoms and other flowers in blush-pink hues to recreate the couple's enchanting first trip together, which featured sakura blossoming against light snowfall.
“The most important element is you. It’s your special day, so choose the flowers that best reflect your personality and taste, regardless of what’s popular," says Eleanor Yang of Fiore Dorato.
Elegant, tall white candles were encased in sleek, gold holders and flanked by eye-catching arrangements of roses, hydrangeas and phalaenopsis orchids at the entranceway of the venue.

The beautiful arched ceiling imparted a grand feel to the pretty and romantic floral theme.
Rising to the challenge of recreating a memory, Fiore Dorato put together a stunning floral layout of sakura positioned at a higher level, while the spaces lower down were filled with arrangements of peonies, roses, hydrangeas, phalaenopsis orchids and eustomas in shades of blush pink – the bride’s favourite colour.
To plan a wedding of similar grandeur, Eleanor says your florist should bear three important points in mind to make your dream occasion come true: your wedding vision, budget, and expectations.
On top of that, you should work with professionals you can trust, and never agree to something that doesn’t feel right in your heart.
