Soft, chewy and best served chilled, snowskin mooncakes have become just as much a Mid-Autumn staple as their traditional baked counterparts.
And if you prefer yours a little less conventional, this is where things get interesting. This year’s selection runs the gamut from lychee and strawberry to whisky, Champagne and plenty of durian. Whether you’re buying a box to share or looking for something impressive to gift, here are the snowskin mooncakes to have on your radar for Mid-Autumn Festival 2026.
