Her World Women of the Year 2026: Who Attended the Gala Dinner at METT Singapore 

Female leaders, entrepreneurs, thought leaders and celebrities came together at this exclusive, by-invite-only evening.

Every year, Her World celebrates outstanding women in Singapore for their achievements, excellence and impact. At the 2026 Women of the Year gala dinner, held at METT Singapore on October 6, we honoured two women who haven’t just paved the way, but are lifting others up along the way.

Tan Su Shan, CEO of DBS Group, received the Woman of the Year award, in recognition of her achievements in banking and advocacy for women. Kong Man Jing, better known as Biogirl MJ, co-founder of educational channel Just Keep Thinking, was named Young Woman Achiever 2026 for inspiring a generation of young Singaporeans to care about environmental conservation. 

The celebration was graced by Guest-of-Honour Mr Ong Ye Kung, Minister for Health and Coordinating Minister for Social Policies.
