#1 Eating Too Much Salt
It is not difficult to see how eating too much salt could easily dehydrate skin.
Counter this problem by drinking plenty of water.
#2 Dirty Pillowcases
Every night, we shed plenty of skin cells, leaving behind bacteria and toxins onto your pillowcase.
Make it a point to wash your pillowcases every week to prevent it.
#3 Chlorine
The next time you're done swimming, make sure to use plenty of soap when showering afterwards.
Chlorine can easily cling onto skin and react with your skincare, medications and so much more, causing even more skin breakouts.
#4 Coffee
Ah, this one hurts.
Caffeine can easily dry skin out and magnify wrinkles.
However, if you still can't give up on coffee, be sure to drink plenty of water to counter this.
#5 Skipping Meals
Skipping meals, as it turns out, could actually cause your skin to age faster and dry out more quickly than you realise.
That's because, without constant nutrients, skin will end up losing its elasticity.

#6 Hot Showers
While hot showers are great, they can sometimes strip away the outermost later of your skin if you're not careful. The skin on your face is much more sensitive than other parts of your body. So the next time you're indulging in a hot shower, try not to get all that hot water on your face.
Always remember to moisturise your skin after showering for that sleek after shower look!
#7 Constantly Trying New Products
Instead of constantly testing different products on your face, do a patch test first!
Testing too many products all at once could cause unexpected allergic reactions if you're not careful. So, the next time you're interested in trying a product, be sure to patch test on an area of your skin like your arm first.
