Unique piercings of K-Pop idols: From BTS to Blackpink

Hyunjin has five new piercings in total — two on his right ear and three on the left, including a helix and a conch. He used to have an eyebrow piercing but took it out, and once shared that his triple ear piercings were actually more painful than the eyebrow.

This South Korean singer has multiple ear piercings which includes flat, daith and conch piercings.

Known for his signature piercings, BTS’s Jungkook notably removed them all during his military service—including his popular lip ring. Since his discharge, many of those piercings have returned (the lip ring is the most distinctive), marking a bold comeback to his personal style.

The leader of Got7 has quite a few piercings—around nine if we’re counting right—and some of them are pretty unique. Besides seven ear piercings, he’s also rocked an eyebrow, nose piercing and dermal piercing under his right eye.

This South Korean rapper, singer and producer and songwriter has been a member of K-pop girl group EXID since 2012. She has been spotted with a belly button piercing which is pretty rare for a K-Pop idol.

Jisoo’s latest ear piercing is on her forward helix.  She has a total of 9 piercings, 4 on her left ear and 5 on her right ear.

South Korean rapper, singer and songwriter has a couple of ear piercings and an eyebrow piercing (although it seems that he has since removed it).

This rapper, singer, producer, and songwriter and leader of the South Korean boy band Ateez has a helix piercing on his ear.

Hyoyeon — the South Korean singer, dancer, and DJ — has a conch piercing.
