Created by German entrepreneur Thorsten Walther and Singapore's woman-about-town Judy Hunt, it started as an idea to bring local shoppers to local brick-and-mortars – because the latter clearly need all the help they can get. But by the time Inspify soft-launched in December last year, it had become more than that, providing a platform for round-the-clock fashion inspirations and 24/7 styling ideas.

"Inspify is a whole ecosystem - a platform where you can find fashion inspiration, have fun and connect with friends while you are doing it, and of course, also shop for items," says Walther, 46, an ex-banker and start-up enthusiast.

So how does it work after you sign up?
