Even Physical: Asia’s strongest can’t resist Olive Young
Their off-day tour of Seoul ended with S$223.90 worth of K-beauty must-haves — and a surprising new “dads” club

Even the toughest men need a little self-care. During a rare break from Physical: Asia’s punishing endurance tests and adrenaline-spiking combat rounds, cast mates Eddie Williams, Amotti and Orkhonbayar Bayarsaikhan traded the arena for a day of downtime — exploring Korea’s cultural hotspots and, of course, making a pit stop at K-beauty mecca Olive Young.
Spinning off from Netflix’s hit Physical: 100, the series is back with bigger arenas, brighter spotlights and an international roster for the very first time. Teams from Korea, Japan, Mongolia, the Philippines, Indonesia, Türkiye and Australia are now in the mix, raising both the stakes and the global excitement.
“K-beauty guys, self-care mode on,” captioned Amotti — CrossFit champion, winner of Physical: 100 season two, and arguably one of the franchise’s most beloved stars. His photo dump shows the trio posing outside the iconic Olive Young store, with Amotti flanked by Australia’s Strongest Man Eddie Williams and 27-year-old Orkhonbayar Bayarsaikhan, a champion wrestler who practises bokh, Mongolia’s traditional wrestling art. Eddie playfully added, “Sponsor me please @oliveyoung_global.”
As it turns out, the Olive Young detour was Eddie’s idea — he wanted to pick up items from his wife’s skincare wishlist. She’s clearly a beauty enthusiast, judging by the lineup of viral K-beauty favourites spotted: Biodance Hydro Cera-nol Real Deep Mask, AHC Pro Shot Eye Cream for Face, AXIS-Y Dark Spot Correcting Glow Serum, Goodal Green Tangerine Vita-C Dark Spot Cream, Aestura Atobarrier 365 Cream, TirTir Mask Fit Red Cushion Foundation and Laneige Lip Sleeping Mask EX in Berry.
Posted on Amotti’s YouTube channel, the vlog Hang Out with Physical: Asia’s Biggest Men! (Amotti’s Seoul Tour) offers a rare look at their playful chemistry. While initially hesitant to step into the beauty haven — despite Amotti urging him to embrace “self care” — Orkhonbayar joked, “No care, I’m good.” In the same 20-minute video, which racked up over 630k views overnight, Eddie asked Amotti for product recommendations, specifically a “good lip balm for men.” Amotti promptly pointed him to a cult favourite: Carmex.
Their shopping trip ended on an even sweeter note. After Eddie suggested buying one of everything on his wife’s lengthy wishlist for Orkhonbayar’s expectant wife, Amotti insisted on picking up the tab for both of them. The vlog also revealed a fun tidbit — both Orkhonbayar and Amotti’s partners are pregnant at the same time, prompting Eddie (a father of three) to dub them “the dads’ club.”
Team Australia’s former competitive cheerleader and netball/track athlete Alexandra Milne also chimed in: “Some of my favourite people at my favourite place @oliveyoung_global hahaha.”
Eddie offered even more glimpses into their off-day adventures, sharing a carousel that included a shot of the trio inside Olive Young, right in front of the Torriden, ISOI and Bring Green shelves — a beauty-lover’s trifecta.
