All the star athletes from Netflix’s Physical: Asia and where to follow them on Instagram

Netflix’s Physical:100 series has been a hit, time and time again, and this upcoming season is no exception. Bigger, better and bolder, the new season is introducing a new twist, and it’s expanding its scope to include more nationalities through its upcoming spin-off, Physical: Asia, which will feature athletes from multiple countries.

What is Physical:100?

Physical:100 is a high-stakes survival reality series where 100 of the strongest contestants go head-to-head in gruelling physical challenges that push their strength, endurance, and mental grit to the limit.

What is Physical: Asia?

This marks its first nation-vs-nation showdown of its kind and will feature 48 contestants from over eight countries, including Korea, Japan, Thailand, Mongolia, Türkiye, Indonesia, Australia, and the Philippines.

Beyond the physical demands of strength, strategy, and teamwork needed to clinch the title, this year’s contestants face an even greater challenge: carrying the weight of national pride on their shoulders.

When is Physical: Asia going to be released?

While Netflix hasn’t locked in an exact date, the platform has confirmed that the series will make its debut this October.

Who is competing in Physical: Asia? 

The competition will feature eight teams, each fronted by a national superstar who personifies the pride, grit, and competitive spirit of their country.
