After its global debut at Villa d’Este on Lake Como in April, the Chanel Cruise 2025/26 collection arrived in Singapore for its second exclusive showing — a rare treat for local fashion enthusiasts.
This marks Chanel’s second time on our sunny shores. In 2013, the late Karl Lagerfeld brought the Chanel Cruise 2014 collection to life at the Loewen Cluster in Dempsey Hill. Continuing its story in Singapore, the maison returned for another unforgettable moment — this time staging the Chanel Cruise 2025/26 show at the storied Raffles Hotel Singapore.
It was undoubtedly one of the most memorable fashion moments of the year and we were lucky enough to get an up close look at the exquisite ready-to-wear pieces, handbags, shoes, and accessories that defined the collection.
One of the standout highlights of the collection is the extensive range of silk scarves, a result of Chanel’s collaboration with specialised European manufacturers, including the renowned silk label Mantero based in Lake Como — the first destination where this collection was unveiled.
Designed to embody effortless elegance and travel-ready versatility, the Chanel Cruise collection celebrates pieces that seamlessly fit into a modern jet-set wardrobe. The presentation resembled the perfect summer escape, filled with light, playful silhouettes and timeless sophistication.
What truly captured our attention was the chic mix of accessories: woven handbags in mini sizes and roomy everyday totes, playful jewellery (we adored a delightful choker crafted from tiny boats), and bejewelled minaudières that glimmered with whimsy. The ladylike heels featured a generous curved silhouette, while patterned silk foulards were styled in creative ways — wrapped around the head, tied to ankles, or fastened to bag straps and wrists.
It’s never easy to create clothes that feel both carefree and exquisitely refined, but Chanel once again proves why it reigns supreme in this department, blending effortless silhouettes with the house’s signature precision and poise.
Below are some of our favourite looks — and yes, they’re already available at Chanel boutiques in Singapore.
