Vestiaire Collective reports that the Y2K trend is indeed coming back – judging from sales of items and brands associated with the aesthetic in the first six months of this year.

As of June 2021, the leading global resaler for pre-loved designer fashion recorded significant growth in searches for the likes of Ed Hardy (an increase of 245 per cent), Galliano-era Dior pieces (an increase of 159 per cent) and Juicy Couture (a jump of 58 per cent), on top of key Y2K staples like tank tops (a jump of 155 per cent) and mini bags (a jump of 25 per cent).
