Manhattan Bar’s new menu
Inspired by the city it’s named after, Manhattan Bar has just launched a refreshed cocktail menu called Seasons of Manhattan. With over 30 drinks to choose from, each cocktail is designed to capture the vibe of a different season—Spring, Summer, Autumn, or Winter—offering a sensory journey through New York’s culture, moods, and iconic moments.
They have drinks inspired by some of the city’s most monumental events like ‘Meet Me Halfway’ inspired by the Met Gala, a tiki-styled cocktail named ‘Harlem Shake’ that takes after the iconic dance born on the courts of Rucker Park in the early ’80s, and our personal favourite: ‘Minutes to Midnight’, a champagne infused cocktail that celebrates New York’s iconic countdown. The latter is topped with a fizzy grape topping as well, signifying the Grapes of Luck tradition that captivated the world in 2024.
For the sober curious, Manhattan Bar has also thoughtfully curated a list of zero-proof creations for each season, like the Autumn Sonic, which is made with a blend of lemon and mushroom oleo, a creamy espresso foam, and a crisp blend of soda and tonic.
If you’re feeling peckish, Manhattan bar serves some amazing grub that will have you going for seconds. Take, for instance, the Hamachi tartare tossed in tom yum and served on golden tostones, and their crowd favourite Lobster Taco wrapped in crisp wonton that delivers the right amount of flavour and crunch in every bite.
Manhattan Bar is located at 1 Cuscaden Road, Level 2, Conrad Singapore Orchard, Singapore 249715
