Singapore’s bar scene continues to raise the bar (pun intended) in 2025. This includes a dynamic range of long-time favourites as well as exciting new bar openings. Whether you’re in the mood for a quiet evening of craft cocktails or a lively night high above the city lights, there’s no shortage of spots to add to your must-visit list. Ultimately, it all boils down to what vibe you’re going for.
From beautifully crafted cocktails to skyline views, you’ll want to stay all night for, ahead, we’ve rounded up some of the best bars to add to your must-visit list this year.
ATLAS
Having featured on every list of Asia’s 50 Best Bars since 2017, it’s only fitting that ATLAS makes it onto our list of the best bars to visit in Singapore. Located on the ground floor of one of the city’s most iconic buildings, Parkview Square in Bugis, the bar exudes grandeur and class, giving off serious The Great Gatsby vibes — perfect for a night out with the girls if you’re looking to catch up over drinks.
ATLAS is also known for its extensive and diverse gin collection, boasting over 1,300 different types, all showcased in a striking 15-metre-tall gin tower that stands proudly at the heart of the space. In fact, the team recently announced that they’ve been working on their very own gin, set to debut in the coming months — giving us even more reason to stop by.
ATLAS’ new cocktail menu, titled Gazette du Bon Ton, feels like flipping through a vintage magazine — only better, because you get to taste it. Inspired by the glamour of the 1920s to 1940s, the drinks are both beautiful and bold.
Helmed by ATLAS’ own home-grown talent, Lidiyanah K (Yana), you can expect drinks like the Streamliner, a silky clarified milk punch, and Midnight in Ruins, a brooding, spirit-forward cocktail that lingers in the best way. What’s more, the new menu also has a section that categorises and lists the ABVs of each drink, making it easier to choose your adventure — whether you’reafter something light and lively or bold and boozy.

MO Bar
MO BAR at Mandarin Oriental, Singapore, is a must-visit if you’re looking to soak in stunning skyline views while sipping on inventive, locally inspired cocktails. This time around, the bar presents Volume Six: The Echoes of Singapore—a new menu inspired by the rich stories that have shaped our island’s history.
You’ll find 15 creative cocktails spread across five thematic chapters, each paying tribute to Singapore’s past, present, and future.
In Past Echoes, start with the Banana Dollar—a light, refreshing mix of banana and guava that blends beautifully with Japanese baijiu, adding a nice depth to this easygoing tipple. Over in Modern Interpretations, the Hop ‘n’ Rol puts a bold spin on beer, using cold-distilled lager with a boosted ABV, mixed with housemade passionfruit cordial and Seara vodka for a subtly grainy yet vibrant finish. The best part? It’s served with a masala chai-dusted prawn cracker that surprisingly works like a charm.

White Shades
If you’re unsure where to bring your friends for a drink (or two) after work or even on the weekends — especially when you’re not sure if they’re more into beers, highballs, or cocktails — check out White Shades. Stretching across four storeys, the building houses three different spaces designed to cater to every kind of drinker.
Start the evening on the first floor at the Japanese-inspired bar, where you’ll find an extensive menu of creative highballs, classic cocktails, and hearty dining options. When you’re ready for a nightcap, make your way to Level 2, where you’ll discover a newly refreshed craft cocktail menu, The Tapestry of Hues & Harmonies. Here, you can expect 18 innovative drinks, each paired with unique, AI-generated artwork that brings the flavours and moods of the cocktails to life, alongside an elevated selection of hearty and small bites.
For those feeling a little more adventurous, White Shades also offers a Hopping Through the Shades experience ($100++ per person, inclusive of small bites at Level 1 and 4).
