Jay Park will be making a surprise appearance at HYROX Singapore this April but not for a concert.
When HYROX last took over Singapore Expo in November 2025, the global fitness race drew huge crowds of participants and supporters alike. Many were also hoping to catch a glimpse of celebrity competitors such as Physical: Asia’s Amotti, Choi Seung-yeon, Hong Beom-seok, and Choi Min-ho, who competed in the event.
This year, the highly anticipated race returns to Singapore National Stadium and it’s adding another big name to the lineup. Global music star Jay Park will be heading to Singapore to compete in the HYROX Men’s Doubles category, marking his debut in the competition.
His appearance is part of the celebrations for AIA Singapore’s 95th anniversary. Instead of taking the stage, the famously fit singer will be putting his endurance to the test on the race course, alongside his personal trainer. Given how often Jay Park shares his workouts and physique online, it’s not surprising that he’s taking on one of the world’s toughest fitness races.
In a video shared by fan account @aomgh1ghrarea on X, Jay Park confirmed that he would be competing in the HYROX Men’s Doubles category.
In the clip, he also explained how intense the race format is: “What’s really intense about it is, you run 1km, then do 1,000m on the ski ergs, then run another 1km, then row 1,000m, and run another 1km.”
If you’re hoping to catch him in action, head down to the Singapore National Stadium on Sunday, 5 April, when he is expected to race in the Men’s Doubles category in the afternoon. His exact start time has yet to be confirmed, so keep an eye out for updates closer to race day.
Besides the race, Jay Park will also be headlining a closed-door party linked to the event. Entry details have yet to be publicly announced, but according to an email sent to HYROX attendees, access may be tied to participants who opted for the complimentary AIA Protect 360 (III) coverage.
