Hop on board the ‘Hilton Festive Express’ at Hilton Singapore Orchard! Its buffet restaurant Estate’s intimate dining rooms have been transformed into charming cabins adorned with festive decor, inviting guests to indulge in a Christmas Eve dinner and Christmas Day Lunch ($198++ per adult). Make a beeline for the fresh tuna and hamachi sashimi at the live station, and the seafood bar with six types of oysters, Alaskan snow crabs and Boston lobsters. And at the carving station, there’s the Whole Roasted Brined Turkey and Honey-Glazed Ham. Other highlights include the breaded Tempura Foie Gras, and sous-vide Wagyu Beef Cheek.

5. Food Capital, Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore

During Christmas week, Grand Copthorne’s lobby lights up with holiday cheer as Christmas carolers fill the air with classics like “We Wish You A Merry Christmas” and “Deck the Halls.” Join in the singing and watch for a surprise visit from Santa himself!

Throughout November and December, the hotel’s Food Capital is celebrating with a Festive Buffet, featuring delicious roasts and holiday favorites. And on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the hotel will be rolling out its special Christmas meals, with exclusive dishes like lobster bisque, gammon ham and an extensive dessert spread. 7. Verandah Rooftop Rotisserie, Momentus Hotel Alexandra

Sit down to a Spanish-inspired extravaganza at Momentus Hotel’s Verandah Rooftop Rotisserie. To start the ball rolling, there’s the Seafood Sharing Platter piled with Boston lobster, baby abalone, tiger prawns, mussels, scallops and more with Cajun butter or chilli crab sauce, and crispy mantou to pair.
