When it comes to Christmas, we think of a few things besides presents: get-togethers with family and friends, and delicious festive meals. Whether it’s the long-awaited turkey dishes, roast meats, or titillating platters of seafood, we want them all.

Ahead, we have collated a few places that have announced their Christmas menus, whether you want an elegant plated dinner (with wine pairings) or a jolly buffet.

Lime Restaurant

From 15 November to 1 January 2025, Lime is serving up a festive buffet packed with new creations and timeless Christmas classics. A hearty feast that will have you going for seconds, their buffet spread boasts an extensive selection of mouthwatering dishes which includes the Turkey Breast in Giblet Sauce, Sous Vide Roast Angus Beef, and Slow Roasted Pork Belly with Apple Cider Glaze. Alternatively, for those craving for something a little more local, you can also look forward to their live cooking stations where they will be serving up some of your favourite Singapore classics as well.

If you’re planning to head over to Lime on Christmas Eve (24 December), you’ll be glad to know that the restaurant will be serving special seafood dishes to sink your teeth into like the Fresh Boston Lobster, Snow Crab Leg, Lobster Bisque, Turkey Fricassee, Crab Cakes and more. And on Christmas Day itself, the restaurant will be dishing out an exclusive selection of must-haves such as Fresh Oysters, Pan Con Tomate with Jamón Ibérico, Boston Lobster Thermidor, Salmon En Papillote, Stuffed Roast Turkey, Homemade Pizzas with house-pressed dough and Crêpes Suzette, that are made to order by Lime’s pastry chef.

Grab your meat-loving friends and family and make a booking for Bedrock Bar & Grill. The steakhouse has rolled out a Steak Grazing Platter ($499++, good for three to five persons) as a Christmas dine-in special.

Each platter offers USDA Prime Tenderloin, Citrus-fed Wagyu Striploin with a light smoky aroma, and our fave, the juicy, flavour-packed Australian Grass-fed Ribeye. For a break from the beef, there’s also the flavourful Mangalica Pork Tomahawk (300g). Enjoy the meats with red wine sauce, bearnaise sauce, whisky mustard, and chilli oil. Also included are two sides: classic Grilled Asparagus and Bedrock’s signature Mac ‘N’ Cheese. This creamy crowd-favourite with al dente maccheroni pasta features 3 different types of cheeses – gorgonzola, parmesan and truffle), offering a complex, nutty flavour.

The Bedrock Apple Crumble wraps up the meal with warm oven-baked apple slices, crushed walnut streusel, and vanilla ice cream. Each platter also includes a bottle of Bedrock x Brothers in Arms No.6 2019 Shiraz Cabernet for a merrier affair.

For another beefy option, make a reservation at steakhouse Boeuf which has various festive sets.

There’s a Christmas Sharing Special that sees a 5-Course Surf & Turf Menu ($198++for two, available from Dec 23 to Jan 5, 2025) centred around the restaurant’s signature Surf & Turf Platter of Char-Grilled Boston Lobster Tail with Wagyu Picanha Steak. Festive sides include housemade duck rillettes, and creamy Burrata di Puglia. Boeuf’s Cheese Platter caps off the meal, with house-made Basque Cheesecake and 24-month-aged Comte cheese, accompanied by a cinnamon-infused fig chutney.

If you’re a fan of the classic Christmas Beef Wellington, you’ll want to order the limited-time Festive Sharing Set for Two ($118++ for two persons), served with a choice of side and sauce from the a la carte menu. Sink your teeth into a tender Black Angus Tenderloin MB3, wrapped in smoky beef bresaola and topped with a flavourful mixed mushroom duxelle and crushed hazelnuts for a hint of sweetness. It’s all wrapped in a golden, flaky pastry that perfectly complements the juicy, savoury filling. Available from Nov 4, 2024.

Pullman Singapore Hill Street’s American-style restaurant, Madison, is serving up festive cheer with its Christmas Set Menus, available for lunch and dinner throughout December.

Diners can choose between a two-course ($38++) or three-course ($48++) meal, featuring holiday favourites like a vibrant Christmas Salad with regional ingredients, Sous Vide Turkey Breast Roulade with red wine sauce, and a rich Chestnut-Chocolate Brownie with fresh berry compote.

If you’re dining on Christmas Eve, indulge in a four-course dinner ($88++) with options like Pan-Seared Foie Gras with duck jus, parmesan chips, and berry compote, or tender Black Angus Beef Tenderloin, served with red wine sauce, butter-glazed baby carrots, and fried greens. Complete the festive experience with the 5th Avenue Sparkle ($20++), a sparkling berry twist on the classic Bellini.

And on Christmas Day, there’s the hotel’s signature themed Christmas Mega Brunch, priced at $98++ per adult, and $49++ per child (between six and 11 years old). Children under six years old enjoy complimentary dining.

Wild Blaze

With pristine hues of cream and gold, the newly opened modern steakhouse Wild Blaze offers an elegant space for your festive dining. This season, chef-owner Nic Wong is putting out a three-course Dine-In Christmas Set Menu.

Kick things off with appetiser option of Veal Sweetbread Vol au Vent, Foie Gras Terrine with Black Truffle, or a Butternut Squash Soup with Crab Meat.

For the main attraction, you can go for the Roasted Pigeon or the Salmon Coulibiac with salmon fillet wrapped in savoury puff pastry with wild salmon and long grain rice. For a heartier plate, there’s the Beef Tenderloin Pithivier beef tenderloin and mushroom duxelle, and foiegras encased in a flaky pastry, slathered with a luxurious perigueux sauce of sweet Madeira wine and truffles.

Wrap things up with the White Chocolate Lychee Rose Log Cake.

Fysh, The Singapore Edition’s signature restaurant by acclaimed Australian restaurateur and multi-award-winning chef Josh Niland is ushering in the holiday season with a new a la carte menu, featuring a sparkling selection of festive set menus and seasonal specials.

Begin with snacks like Christmas Ham Pastry ($6) laced with stone fruit chutney as well as Buckwheat Waffle ($16) topped with smoked salmon roe and taramasalata.

Main courses tempt with Glazed & Spiced Swordfish Belly ($54) served with cod fat roast potatoes and sweet and sour cherries and Whole Roasted Quail ($82 for sharing) complemented by grilled figs, hazelnut, celeriac, and quail sauce. Dessert comes as Josh’s Christmas Treacle Tart ($18) crafted with burnt vanilla and pandan ice cream.

If you have a party of eight or more, the Festive Sharing Set ($168 per person) will keep everyone’s bellies full with snacks like Smoked Salmon Roe Tart, and plates of Coal Kissed Line Caught Yellowtail Kingfish, Charcoal Roasted Chicken, and Dry-Aged Mooloolaba Swordfish on the Bone. End with sweet treats like Josh’s Christmas Treacle Tart and Chocolate Swiss Roll.

On Christmas Eve (Dec 24), there’ll be a four-course menu ($165++ per person), and on Christmas Day itself, you can look forward to the Fysh Roast for lunch ($118++ per person), which sees its usual Sunday roast getting a festive update.

Birds of a Feather

Sichuan cuisine might seem the furthest things from Christmas, but Birds of a Feather has melded both with menu specials for those after a unique holiday meal.

The restaurant is heralding the season with a special a la carte dish, Xmas My Deer. Venison loin is marinated in a blend of spiced red wine and fermented glutinous rice wine, then roasted and coated in a blend of Sichuan pepper, salt, and ground pistachio, before going in the oven to seal in the juices.

This festive special is complemented by poached figs in a spiced red wine jus and a savoury onion ‘blanc mange’. Caramelised endives lend a touch of bitterness to balance the dish.

Cin cin! Celebrate with an Italian feast at Acqua e Farina, which has introduced an a la carte menu of Christmas specials.

Kickstart your dinner with the Carpaccio di Polipo ($34++), a refreshing Mediterranean-inspired octopus starter with fresh tomatoes, olives, capers, herbs and olive oil. Then tuck into the delectable Tagliolini agli Scampi ($46++), where you get to indulge in Italian crayfish or “Scampi”, an Italian delicacy often reserved for special occasions such as Christmas. House-made egg tagliolini pasta and crayfish come smothered in a luxurious bisque with a hint of cream.

For a standout main, try the Costolette di Vitello ($54++), a slow-cooked Dutch veal chop that’s pan-fried and served with pancetta, sage, seasonal vegetables, and potatoes. Topped with a rich white wine sauce, it’s a dish that’s sure to impress.

No Italian Christmas is complete without Panettone ($14++), a sweet fruitcake filled with candied fruits and raisins, topped with creamy mascarpone sauce. The perfect festive finale to your holiday feast.

The Christmas dine-in menu will be available all-day at both outlets on Christmas Eve (24 Dec, 2024, Tuesday) and on Christmas Day (25 Dec, 2024, Wednesday). Feast on a delectable five-course Christmas set menu that highlights Southeast Asian flavours on Christmas Eve and Day as you soak in the view of the cityscape through the full-height glass windows at Andaz Singapore’s level 38 steakhouse, 665°F.

The menu opens with a Smoked Beef Tartlet and a Poached Tarbouriech Oyster, adorned with glistening premium Oscietra caviar before moving on to Lightly Cured Hiramasa King Fish and 665°F Crab Fritter, featuring sweet Australian spanner crab. There’s also Boston Lobster with winter truffle, celeriac veloute, 5J Iberico ham, and Piedmont hazelnuts.

For mains, take your pick between 45-Day Dry-Aged Galician Blond Beef Striploin from Spain, served with Spice Road jus of tamarind, pepper, star anise, and cinnamon (a nod to Singapore’s Spice Road heritage), or the Kombu-Aged Murray Cod with sustainably sourced Wando abalone, braised in a robust roasted chicken stock.

Cap off the evening with Christmas Nostalgia, a snow globe-shaped Manuka honey cake with spiced kumquat, Marcona almonds, and gingerbread.
