Few local markets can compare to the scale that Boutique Fairs has to offer. The bi-annual shopping event returns at the end of this month with its "Spring Summer 2024 Edition". Happening over two massive floors at the F1 Pit Building and for three days – from Friday 26 April till Sunday 28 April – the Boutiques have come to be known as the place to discover and shop up-and-coming designers hailing from our own backyard as well as internationally.

And it's not just a womenswear-only event either. With over 300 designers participating this year, expect to find everything from women's and men's fashion, kidswear to home decor, food and even art.

So yes, you can expect it to be a little overwhelming with booth after booth of goodies to offer you. We've rounded up 12 of our fave brands worth checking out, so you can make beelines to their counters.

Fellow

We see your Stanley mug, and we raise you a FELLOW mug. Founded on the balmy streets of San Francisco in 2013, FELLOW set out to give their customers the tools to recreate the much-loved cafe experience in the comforts of their own kitchens. Cue a curation of products including tumblers, pour-over kettles and more, all designed for the aesthetic-conscious java lover.

Enter Studio Karyn Lim, a Singapore-based industrial design who explores a variety of techniques and materials to create tactile works of art that you can take home. This year will mark her first ever solo design exhibition at Boutique Fairs, where some of her form-meets-function artworks can be purchased and brought home.

Hailing all the way from Japan, the design house spotlights traditional Japanese craftsmenship married with modern designs to appeal to the contemporary customer. Think sleek drinkware, refined carpentry for our home and so on.

Local lingerie brand Perk by Kate needs little introduction, having been around in the Singaporean market and offering their ardent fans fabulous innerwear engineered for Asian women. So popular are they, that they've recently announced their expansion into the Hong Kong market.

Founded by Kate Low in 2012, the brand wants to dress women of all shapes and sizes, offering a variety of styles from their signature bralettes to even loungewear. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to compliment your shape – regardless of what shape or size you may be – and comes in a size-inclusive range as well.

The PETA-certified vegan and cruelty-free brand promises to plant a tree with every order that they receive. On the product front, MISEICO touts itself as a "pro-age beauty and wellness" brand that aims to celebrate your skin's unique make. We've now come to the food section of the list, and top of section is Jammy's. The brand was started with a mission "to craft the world's most delicious treats that are better-for-you and taste better than the typical rest", and they don't disappoint. Their guild-free popsicles are keto and vegan-friendly whilst remaining gluten-free and absolutely yummy. For morning snackers, you have to check out their granola – our fave is the Hazelnut & Almond Cocoa Crunch Granola – which promise to start your mornings right.

If there's one thing artisanal patisserie RÓA wants to perfect, it's the humble chocolate cake. Their version of the classic sees them creating a decadent and delicious treat whilst keeping it vegan, gluten free, dairy free, nut free and eggless. Translation: bite into it, without any guilt or worry about the weighing scale tomorrow. And if you don't believe us, well ask the likes of David Foster or singer Pia Toscano – both celebs are fans of the brand.
