I immediately called the other bridal shop I was also working with and we managed to find a gown I liked within hours.
They were so helpful and professional, even altering the gown for me over the next couple of days. It was nerve-wrecking but the replacement gown looked great on me in the end.” – Gillian

“Our wedding ceremony was supposed to start earlier, but we didn’t expect our guests to be late. We had to wait until everyone was seated to start and ran a little bit behind schedule. Luckily, our celebrant managed to complete the solemnisation in good time.
We had also allocated some extra time for mingling and such, so we didn’t have to cut short on the rest of our wedding program.” – Tania
“Due to a marathon that was happening near our hotel, it caused a massive jam and our solemniser, live band and emcee couldn’t arrive on time.
We solved it by entertaining our guests a little longer at the reception area and delayed our march-in as well.” – Wayne
“During our first march-in at dinner, there was a technical glitch with the AV system. We heard the music from outside the ballroom, but there was no music playing inside the ballroom as we marched-in. Thankfully our guests didn’t realised there was an issue as our friends cheered extra loudly and drowned out the lack of music. Turns out, the live band’s system and the Spotify playlist system clashed.
Despite it being a mishap, it made our wedding day more memorable. Now, we find it hilarious when we think about how our friends were forced to cheer much louder and longer to cover up the glitch!” – Cheryl

“A week before our wedding, my husband joked about the odds of getting a sore eye on our wedding day. Unbelievably, he had a pimple which grew under his eyelid the night before, which was something similar.
It was pretty obvious in the morning of our big day, but after heeding one of our friend’s advice – to tie a black string on the middle finger of both hands, and apply lotion with a cotton wool to the affected area – the pimple actually subsided.

“Everything went well for our destination wedding in Chiang Mai except for a miscommunication with my make-up artist.

“A friend who was suppose to help with the flowers for our wedding car and church gave birth two weeks earlier than expected. Initially we weren’t able to find another florist in time and were prepared to forgo our decorations.

“My two-year old niece has always been close to me since she was born. When we were about to conduct our champagne pouring ceremony, she came up to the stage by herself which was really unexpected, so I just carried her in my arms while we popped the champagne.
