In being back in Phase 2 (Heightened Alert), it's perhaps most timely that the Singapore Mental Health Film Festival (SMHFF) 2021 will be returning with a series of film screenings, panel discussions and workshops from May 22 to 30. Established in 2018 with a mission to promote conversations about mental health, this year's programme will feature nine feature films, nine short films, nine panel conversations, and eight workshops.

The feature films include Land of Not Knowing, an experiential documentary where four artists discuss suicide; My Skinny Sister, a story about eating disorders and the impact on family; and Happiness, a heartwarming tale on dementia. Each of the nine feature films will be paired with a short film and panel conversation.

A single virtual pass (includes unlimited viewings of a single feature film and short film, and access to the related live panel conversation) can be purchased at $12, while a virtual bundle (includes unlimited viewings of four selected feature films, all short films, and access to four accompanying live panel conversations) is available for $45.
