It’s one of the most anticipated and high-profile weddings of the year.

Earlier today, Pippa Middleton, whose sister is Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge, tied the knot to financier James Matthews, 44, in a 45-minute ceremony at the St. Mark’s Church in Englefield, Bershire.
The highly-publicised affair was attended by royals and celebrities alike, including the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge (Prince William and Kate Middleton), Prince Harry and Princess Eugenie, as well as tennis champion Roger Federer and his wife Mirka, as reported by BBC News
Reality TV star and brother of the groom, Spencer Matthews, was also present as the best man.

The 33-year-old bride was the picture of elegance in a high-necked lace gown designed by Giles Deacon, with capped sleeves that showed off her sculpted arms, accompanied with a Maidenhair Fern tiara, Stephen Jones veil, and a pretty white bouquet. Her shoes? None other than Manolo Blahniks.

A heavy downpour that started right before the 45-minute service couldn’t put a dent on the joyous occasion, ending just before the church doors opened.

Afterwards, the couple made their way to the nearby Englefield House, led by a group of young page boys and flower girls, including Prince George and Princess Charlotte. Guests also followed to the venue, where it is believed a champagne reception was held.

Later that day, the couple held their reception at a spectacular glass marquee constructed in a back garden six miles from the village of Englefield, according to Daily Mail Online

Actress Meghan Markle (Prince Harry’s date, you didn’t yet know), who had been missing from the ceremony, arrived just in time for the reception for majestic aerial display of a World War II Spitfire plane.
