After his younger brother's slew of wedding celebrations, Joe Jonas has revealed that he too, will be tying the knot soon.
In an appearance on The Late Late Show, he let up that he and Games of Thrones star Sophie Turner will be getting hitched over the summer (which means it's really soon!). “We’re getting married this year,” he told the show's host, James Corden. “We’re going to have a summer wedding. I’m looking forward to it. It’s going to be a lot of fun.”
Turner, along with Priyanka Chopra and Kevin's wife Danielle Jonas, starred in the Jonas Brothers' latest music video.
“You know, her family’s all from England—I figured I’m marrying well,” he shared. “I thought for the first time I’d be marrying into a family where I’d become a soccer fan, like, a football fan, like, find my allegiance for a team. So her whole family doesn’t like football; they like rugby. So now I have to figure that out. We’re going to have a flag rugby game at the wedding and a flag football game. So if all the groomsmen show up with black eyes and broken arms, I’ll be very proud."
In good humour, he also took a few digs at his brothers' nuptials. When asked about wedding planning tips he gleaned from his siblings' weddings, Joe responded: “Mostly things not to do.” Although, of course, he did concede that both ceremonies were “absolutely beautiful.”
“All 18 of Nick's were amazing,” he joked. (See: INDIA'S PRIME MINISTER AND HOLLYWOOD STARS GRACE PRIYANKA CHOPRA AND NICK JONAS' NEW DELHI WEDDING)
"Kevin had a snow storm during his wedding," he quipped, "So maybe don't get married in December."
"For Nick, there was quite a few but I would say, stick to one."
The pair got engaged in October 2017 after debutting their romance at an HBO afterparty for the Golden Globes in January in the same year.
