This has to be the most Singaporean-like gatecrashing party ever. In a campaign bid to get past the bridesmaids, this resourceful party showed up at the venue with all-white outfits, orchid garlands, security officers, and a banner from the Resident’s Committee. Our late founding fathers would be proud!

In a Facebook post on SGAG, the party of 12 take a formal shot in front of (what seems to be) the bride’s place at Tai Keng Gardens, which quickly went viral on Facebook. According to Mothership.sg, a reader mentioned that Tai Keng’s under Marine Parade GRC, but a quick check on Facebook revealed that Paya Lebar Zone 5 RC (listed on the banner) is under the Aljunied GRC. We’re confused!

Regardless, here’s a tip: if you’re looking to win over the bridesmaids to get to your bride quickly, laughter may help a little. We know it’d help if we were part of the entourage!

If you know the people in this photo, or if you’re part of the entourage, let us know! We’d love to hear from you and your inspiration!
