Congratulations are in order for heiress Sabrina Ho, 28, and her fiancé Thomas Xin, 21.
Sabrina, who is the daughter of Macau casino tycoon Stanley Ho from his fourth marriage, has given birth to a baby girl.
Her daughter, nicknamed “Poached Egg”, was delivered via caesarean section two weeks before her due date.
Sabrina had posted photos from her maternity photo shoot on her Instagram back in May. It was a family affair, with the mother-to-be proudly displaying her baby bump alongside her mother and siblings.
Poached Egg’s godmother, Carmen Yim, daughter of Stanley Yim of electronic goods manufacturer SAS Dragon Holdings, shared with Jaynestars her delight upon hearing the news.
“I heard the news earlier today. Sabrina sent me a photo after she gave birth; the baby is so cute. She and her fiancé are really happy. I’m proud of Sabrina.”
The couple dated for fourth months before Thomas proposed to Sabrina in September last year.
In June, a lavish engagement party was held and they were reported to have received over HK$100 million in gold and diamond jewelery from well-wishers.
To top it all off, it was also reported that her tycoon father had gifted the couple a property worth HK$500 million.
Her fiancé, Thomas, was born in Harbin to a wealthy family. He is currently a student at Harvard and is only the second person from the Chinese city to be admitted into the school.
The couple will reportedly reside in the US until he graduates. They will tie the knot next summer at a castle-themed wedding in Portugal.
There might even be two weddings in the family next year as her younger brother, Mario Ho, also recently got engaged to supermodel Ming Xi.
