Eliza Lin, 34, and Cheam Heng Jien, 38, had an intimate ceremony in beautiful Bali. She tells us:
Seafoam green gowns and ties match the pink, purple and lime green balloons.
"We wanted to hold a small celebration in Bali with close friends and family and do away with the traditional Chinese banquet.
Maps of the venue in case guests get lost.
Everyone was in a merry mood and high spirits! We wanted everyone to have a good time and enjoy the food and company. It was great to be surrounded by familiar faces and catch up with loved ones from Singapore as we have been living in Hong Kong for the past few years.
Tealights and flower bouquets create a romantic and magical atmosphere.
We were blessed with beautiful weather during our stay in Bali. We had a welcome dinner for our guests at Naughty Nuri's Warung and Grill, the night before the wedding. Everyone had a ball!
Dress up your little attendants in matching outfits.
A novel idea for your seating cards: peg them up on clothes lines.
We had a wonderful time, and I would've have changed anything at all! I would have preferred a longer party in the evening but we had to end the festivities by midnight as we were holding our party in a private villa. Many of our friends could have gone on much longer!
The bridal party's toga-style dresses matched the resort-themed celebrations.
Traditional costumes are still a must.
My tip? Dream big. Go for what you've always dreamed of - it's your day! Start planning early and split the process with your fiance. Enjoy the wedding prep and don't allow yourself to get too stressed!"
