Galia Lahav’s certainly taken the fairy tale wedding concept up a few notches with its latest campaign. The Magic of Imagination sees fairy tale and reality intertwined, with a series of whimsical animations featuring the brand’s GALA pieces from the IV collection – dishing major inspiration for couples after a unique and alternative way to shoot their wedding videos. From a wintry wonderland to a mystical woodland setting, each brings on a sense of enchantment and delight.
“The concept behind the videos was to recreate the fanciful magic of a wedding day through the youthful perspective. The trick was to make the dream-like vision into almost believable scenarios in an alternate universe. Where better to look for inspiration than Disney: the world of fairies, princesses, and genies?”
The collection itself evokes the refined glamour that the brand is renowned for. Whispers of tulle and gossamer layers are bedecked with refined embroidery dazzling crystal beadwork and beguiling floral appliques for the perfect marriage of romance and glamour. Then of course, there are the curve-hugging silhouettes and skin-baring details that are the hallmarks of Lahav’s creations.
The brand’s all about doing good, too: Add a custom embroidery of an owl, Siberian tiger, or unicorn and Galia Lahav will donate a portion of the proceeds to animal rights.
