Australian couture label Ralph & Russo is joining names like Roland Mouret, Inbal Dror and Burberry's Christopher Bailey in the running to play royal wedding dress designer - and we couldn't be more excited!

Their creations - equal parts fairytale-esque, decadent and yet imbued with contemporary elements perfect for the modern bride - have had us obsessed for quite a while (and let's not forget the brand's iconic Eden accessories coveted by many a bride).

Made up of Creative Director, Tamara Ralph (a 4th generation couturier!), and CEO, Michael Russo, the London-based couture couple have made quite a name for themselves, with their designs not only fast becoming red carpet regulars but have also been seen on royalty and billionaires. Hey, even Markle herself is a fan, donning a sheer black and gold number from the label's A/W 2016 collection for her engagement photos. Not too shabby for a label which started out with just one computer and a mannequin in a tiny office back in 2007.
