Beautifully fluid, flattering silhouettes with intricate beadwork that exude effortless glamour have always been the mainstay of Brit designer Jenny Packham’s collections. And that’s evident in her Spring 2019 bridal collection that gestures to the glamour of the Jazz Age. Still, there’s a chic modernity that runs throughout the collection, with a style for every bride – from classic A-lines that are evocative of modern royalty, to delicate lace numbers bedecked in shimmering beads for the glamorous boho-inspired bride. There are also slinky halters and glitzy jumpsuits.

Packham, who has dressed royalty including the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton as well as A-listers like Angelina Jolie, Taylor Swift and Li Bingbing, celebrates her eponymous brand’s 30th birthday this year. And along with it, she has introduced a limited edition series of the brand’s best-sellers in blush and red hues that are perfect for the evening, or for the bride who’s veering away from conventional white.

Sketches of the coloured wedding dresses Packham will be unveiling.
