The couple’s wedding cake was a rustic naked lychee-rose-flavoured sponge dressed with fresh fruits and roses. Maureen is a huge fan of French pastry chef Pierre Herme’s Ipsahan (lychee rose) cake, so she got local baker Butter Studio to recreate it.
