If you’ve always wanted to know how beauty vlogger (and our March 2019 cover girl!) Mongchin gets her flawless complexion, you’ll want to check out the video on her wedding skincare regimen.

She walks us through the steps of her comprehensive skincare routine that starts with a good cleansing using makeup wipes (note: always go for non-abrasive ones) and a cleansing foam that doesn’t strip skin of moisture.

“I like to use a fresh towel or tissue each time I dry my face, so I guess that contributes to clear skin,” she add. “If your skin feels tight or dry, that’s when you know your skin isn’t working out for you.” Her arsenal of beauty products also includes hydrating masks, skin remedies, a toner, a serum, eye creams, ampoules and a moisturiser. Watch the video below.

“I started visiting Dr. Vicki at VIDASKIN Clinic for my regular facials and laser treatments; I love how they tailor the treatments to my skin condition each time I visit them. I try to mask at least once a week to keep my skin hydrated and use VIDASKIN’s and Drunk Elephant products, including the Virgin Marula Luxury Facial Oil.”

“I got my nails done, and my hair by Mi The Salon. I specifically wanted a different hair colour instead of the usual black or browns. Mi The Salon gave me an ash colour which I absolutely adore! Be sure to book your manicure, hair and facial treatment sessions prior to the actual day – you have to look your best!

I have also been exercising and that’s really important, it isn’t about how I look and achieving six-pack abs (as much as I wish I had) but I feel good as well!”

“I use facial sheet masks 3-4 times a week and go for facial treatments once a month! It’s so important to extract all the gunk out regularly to have fresh skin!

Hair oil keeps my hair looking smooth and shiny. A hair mask once a week is definite must for me, and I’d recommend brides go for salon hair treatments once every few months leading up to the wedding.

This is no secret but getting enough sleep everyday and drinking plenty of water does wonders for your skin. Also, exfoliate once a week from top to toe (don’t neglect your body!)”
