Apart from the obvious fact that Anzalna Nasir and Amyra Rosli’s wedding gowns have similar silhouettes (they’re both ballgowns) and have long sleeves, the similarities really stop there.
Anzalna’s whimsical pastel wedding gown, a custom couture design by Indonesian-born designer Cosry, features large bucolic prints with watercolour and glittery accents.
Amyra wore an elaborate ballgown with a sweeping train that featured French lace, Swarovski crystals, which was customised by bridal designer Rizman Ruzaini.
After several posts published on blogs and social media accounts, Anzalna took to her own Instagram account to say that every designer has his or her own style and that every artiste had her favourite designer according to Malaysian newspaper The Star.
