In the second part of our videos, our four finalists picked out their gown for their bridal transformation at Love Story Wedding Boutique.
From lace mermaids to poofy ballgowns, watch how they decided on their gown according to their body type, wedding theme and preferred bridal styles:
Wendy Quek, 26
Wendy: “I liked the details – with sequins and beads, so it’s very intricate.
There’s the mermaid effect, [the dress] is very soft at the bottom [with the flare], while it’s glamorous on top.”
Hua Shuling, 26
Shu Ling: “Because I’m very petite, it actually helps me look taller, and makes my legs look longer.
I also like the sweetheart neckline.”
Anthea Zhou, 28
Anthea: “For my secret garden wedding, I initially wanted a big ball gown with off-the-shoulder, but I realised the gown was wearing me, instead of me wearing the gown.
When I found this dress, I realised that it hugs my body in all the right places.”
Rachel Sheryl Kwan, 27
Rachel: “There’s 3 things I love about my dress. Firstly, my top. It’s sheer but the details covers what needs to be covered and it looks like a deep v-neck.
Secondly I like the belt as it enhances my waist. Lastly, I like it’s poofiness, because I always wanted a princess wedding.”
