“We met in a mall. I worked for the owners while Caine was with the advertising agency servicing the mall’s account. We only got closer after we both had to work late for an event in the mall. We chatted till early the next morning, and our friendship eventually led to a great relationship,” says Fanny. She tells us:

“Our morning solemnisation was held on the lawn just outside Chijmes Hall. Having the 100-year-old chapel in the background was really romantic. Except for pussy willows– we got married during the Chinese New Year period – we didn’t require much of anything else decor-wise.

The rustic touches complemented the Chijmes setting.

We sat down to lunch at Lei Garden in Chijmes with 30 guests after the ceremony. This was followed by dinner for 170 at Masons in Gillman Barracks.

Napkins folded to resemble tuxedos and wrapped brownie favours greted the guests.
