This season, the collection at Silhouette The Atelier is about pretty, young styles for the blushing bride. Find out about the salon’s signature style, favourite material, and more, in the interview below.

What’s your latest collection all about?
Pretty, young styles for the blushing bride.

What is your design philosophy and signature style?
We aim to create wedding dresses that a bride, her groom and guests will remember for a long time to come. We’re most known for our soft, opulent ball gowns with shiny and intricate beading.

Describe the Silhouette bride.
She is a confident woman who knows what looks good on her and wants to feel like a princess on her big day.

Your favourite material?
Tulle. It is so versatile.

What are the trends to look out for in your collections?
Lace bodices with tulle skirts that come with beading and embroidered laces. This season’s palette features off-white, pale rose, nude, coral, dusty pink and pale blue.

Other services you provide?
We also have a selection of evening gowns, suits for grooms and outfits for parents. Plus, we provide hair and makeup services for both pre-wedding photoshoots and on the actual day.
