A new way to do the cat-eyed look is to top basic black with hot pink liner. Celestine applied shimmery shell eyeshadow over the entire upper lid before she went over the lash line with black gel eyeliner, followed by pink liquid liner with a more defined flick. Neutral lips keep the attention focused on your eye makeup.
