It’s Christmas, it’s shopping season, it’s set in New York. Kate Beckinsale and John Cusack play strangers who find each other in a stroke of fate, only to tempt it and see if it would lead them back to each other. The premise and the whole concept of love based on fate is just impossibly hopeful, and it solidifies the concept for anyone who believes in love to know that it is out there, waiting for you to find it, or shall we say, stumble upon it.
