Happy Birthday Bang Chan! Here’s a special GRWM Fendi look in Milan

Christopher Chahn Bahng, widely known as Bang Chan,is the dynamic leader of the sensational boy band Stray Kids under JYP Entertainment. Bang Chan isn’t just the face of the group—he’s the creative force fueling their distinctive sound. In 2016, he co-founded the underground hip-hop crew 3RACHA with Han Jisung and Seo Changbin, performing under the name “CB97.” Together, they disrupted the scene with raw, self-produced mixtapes on SoundCloud, cultivating a dedicated fanbase long before their official debut.

Bang Chan’s influence extends beyond music—since June last year, he’s been an official member of the Fendi family, following his appearance at the brand’s Men’s Spring/Summer 2025 show in Milan. Spotted sporting Fendi on Stray Kids’ world tour and at major festivals, Bang Chan expressed, “I felt an immediate connection to Fendi with its creative and fun spirit. Joining the Fendi family during its 100th anniversary makes it even more special and an honor.”

His multifaceted talent burst into the spotlight during the survival show Stray Kids in late 2017. Far from just a performer, Bang Chan showcased his versatility as a producer, rapper, singer, and dancer, while shouldering the vital role of forming the group’s lineup alongside J.Y. Park. Confirmed as Stray Kids’ leader in the finale, he evolved his role to emphasise rich vocals and harmonies, stepping up after former member Woojin’s departure.

Today, Bang Chan’s layered backup vocals and intricate harmonies add depth and emotion to Stray Kids’ high-energy sound, proving he’s not only the group’s frontman but its beating heart.
