While our official Lunar New Year holidays are over, you might still have some house-visiting in store. You might need outfit inspiration, and who better than our local celebrities — from Zoe Tay to Lawrence Wong — to look to for some stimulation.

As we ushered in the festivities, our local celebs donned a wide range of clothes: from the casual to the elaborate, from streetwear to the traditional. They indulged in a wide range of activities. Some went house visiting and celebrated the joyous occasion with family and friends; others took the extended break to jet off and enjoy time away from home. But the celebs all had one thing in common: they looked stunning.

This Year of the Dragon, we look at 20 local celeb outfits that clawed their way into our hearts.

Chantalle Ng: dragon-themed long-sleeve crop top and straight jeans

1/20

Chantalle Ng, with her constant stream of quirky outfits, is quickly becoming a bonafide Singapore fashion icon. For Chinese New Year, she goes all in on the dragon theme, pairing a white dragon print long-sleeve crop top with 90’s straight jeans in dragon print from ASOS.

Glenn Yong: black tang jacket with a colourful lining
