Willabelle Ong on how to style maxi skirts for any occasion

Midi skirts were trending for a while, but it looks like we are finally moving on to longer hemlines this season. Enter the maxi skirts in a million iterations, from dramatic hoop styles at Louis Vuitton and embellished tulle creations at Alexander McQueen, to the slinky, minimalist designs at Prada.

Some of these maxi skirts even came fitted with a train (at Prabal Gurung), but we think the most directional design had to be from Loewe, which came in the form of a black, flowing skirt with structured details.
