5 new trends that make dressing for work a little more fun

This season, designers turned our eyes to grungy frayed ends and deconstructed textiles that were very 90s’ Vivienne Westwood. To curb their appetite for intriguingly bright bursts of colour, fashion powerhouses with the likes of Prada and Gucci poured their muse into whimsical folk influences and the use of multicoloured patchwork for a vivid technicolour delivery of kaleidoscopic numbers.

It was an undoubtedly un-boring Fall/Winter 2017 presentation, and we can’t help but wonder: How much fun would it be to integrate these trends into our work wardrobe? 1. Folk

Our love for all things bohemian has officially been rekindled. For a punch of psychedelic folk-style embroidery and embellishments, look to Gucci’s tailored outlook on 70s’ fashion here.

But Prada’s knack for refining garish numbers to form tastefully apt pieces is second to none; as evidently displayed here.
