How to Ace: Loose-Fit Denims

Reimagine how you wear this everyday basic

The buzz on denim this season is its relaxed and loose fit. The denim jackets at Givenchy were cut down to the hip, boy-style and baggy. Elsewhere, Pieter Mulier of Alaia stylistically wrapped the shoulders and upper body of a model with a large piece of fringe- trimmed dark denim cloth, transforming the floor-length body-throw into a snood cloak. He even championed the two- tone beauty of denim by using both the upper and undersides of the fabric, crafting a peg skirt of midi length.
