10 designer combat boots that will toughen up any outfit

Military-inspired boots – the de-facto uniform of the younger generation – have gone the way of sneakers. At Dior, creative director Maria Grazia Chiuri turns up the swashbuckling effect of these boots. Her iteration goes up almost to the knees, with four straps on the back.
