In the past week, we spotted some of our favourite Asian celebrities dressing to impress while attending the Busan International Film Festival. Drop dead gorgeous Yoona Lee looked alluring in a floor-length lace gown while Son Ye Jin went all out in the elegant department with a V-neck full-skirted gown.
Elsewhere, our very own Singapore sweethearts Rebecca Lim and Bonnie Loo stayed in touch with their chic and relaxed style in casual looks.

Actress Son Ye Jin walked the red carpet in a glamorous floor-sweeping number. Featuring elaborate diamante embellishments and a sexy low V-neck, the dreamy white confection stood out, in our opinion, as one of the prevailing best looks at the Busan International Film Festival.

Emcee of the night Yoona, as most of us know, is a member of the popular K-pop group Girls’ Generation — but she’s best known these days for her innate sense of style and girlish sensibilities. In a classy curve-hugging gown with elaborate lace design and added sequins, the Korean fan favourite killed it with this uber sexy piece.

One would simply just have to look at actress Yoo In Young’s outfit to know what we truly mean by ‘legs for days’. With no lacking in subtle sexy details, the elegant dress she wore pulled off as a prime femme fatale choice with a shoulder-baring toga neckline and a single thigh-high slit.

How many times can we look at a unadorned full-skirted gown in black this evening and still be in love? Apparently, there is no limit. Go Won Hee makes our list with a regal show-stopping ball gown that’s fit for a princess.

Actress Yoon Seung Ah looked breathtakingly sweet in this sleek black dress which showed off her chic styling prowess. One of the few who went unembellished in an unapologetically neat A-line dress, the actress stood out in her own right and was far from looking like a Plain Jane.

We can almost hear the collective harmony of ‘awwws’ which follow this adorable ootd of Song Il Kook and his famed triplets — known endearingly as the ‘Song Triplets’ — from Return of Superman. Looking dapper and suave in matching tuxedos and russet suits, the triplets stuck close to their dad, who looked dashing as ever in a navy ensemble, at the extravagant event.

The Japanese actress and model looked pretty, prim and proper in a mesh turtleneck layered underneath a sleek column maxi dress with a gorgeous full sweep. Finishing off the phenomenal outfit with a sophisticated pair of black boots, Aoi Yu shows us how to meld street style and red carpet glamour in the best way possible.

Rebecca Lim, whose style we're obviously a fan of, kept it casual as she went about her daily errands in a loose fit knit dress and a pair of mid-calf socks which blended seamlessly with her black stiletto pumps.

The zesty free-spirited starlet played with a mix of fun hues as she paired a pair of electric blue open-toed boots with a candy-striped pinafore. Brilliant colours aside, Bonnie looked chic and artsy in her casual ensemble.

Here’s the epitome of a bombshell get-up: a slinky, curve-accentuating plaid sheath dress paired with a diva-worthy fur-lined leather jacket. Jolin Tsai — a true fashion experimentalist — pulled this look off with fashionable nonchalance, establishing herself as one of the century’s coolest IT girls with a closet we’d very much love to raid.
