With her radiant complexion, sparkling eyes and full lips, it's no doubt that actress Rebecca Lim is a beautiful woman. But to her, beauty should be both inside-out.

And she wants you to know this: you have to take care of yourself both physically and mentally to achieve inner beauty. Start small, like taking in a glass of warm water every morning when you wake up.

Then, a mantra to follow: Stop comparing yourself to others. "Because once you start comparing, there's no end," Lim says.
