When Founder and Managing Director of public relations firm Mercury Marketing and Communications Tjin Lee is not hard at work, the working mother is tending to her sons, two-year-old Jake and three-year-old Tyler.

That kind of schedule does not exactly lend itself to an elaborate skincare routine. Even if she’s strapped for time, the 45-year-old, who is also Co-Founder of Crib Society (that supports female entrepreneurs) and Trehaus (a family-friendly co-working space), makes it a point never to skip out on sunscreen. “The most important thing I would say to keep looking young in your 40s is sunblock,” Tjin explains.

To shave time off her beauty routine, the mother-of-two turns to hardworking base makeup, which not only offers flawless coverage but also have SPF in their formulas to shield her skin against the sun’s harmful UV rays.
