Why we’re eating organic and applying organic on our skin too

The organic movement has taken the world by storm over the last decade, with consumers demanding to know the origin and traceability of the food on their plates. In the last few years, this trend has extended beyond food, and made its way into the world of beauty – and it’s definitely here to stay. After all, why should the cause for sustainable, healthy and eco-friendly products stop at the dining table?

They say you are what you eat. We'd go so far as to say you are also what you put on your skin. Skin is the largest organ in our body, and a lot of what we thoughtlessly apply on ourselves is also absorbed into our bloodstream.
