To make the most of your shower time, we're introducing a pre-shower routine: products that you slather on before actually stepping under the showerhead. These body, hair and face products are fuss-free and easy to use - put them on, and wash them off for better skin, better hair. Done.

Pre-shower: Apply a thick layer of this in-shower mask onto a cleansed, dry face, and leave it for five minutes to kick-start the skin-healing process.
In the shower: Warm water turns the gel into a silky oil that plumps and softens skin.

Pre-shower: Dull skin begone. This peeling gel gently exfoliates skin for a radiant complexion.
In the shower: Gently massage the gel over your face and wash away the sloughed-off dead cells.

Pre-shower: If your face tends to feel dry and taut after a hot shower, it’s because heat strips moisture from the skin’s top layer. To combat that, lightly pat on a few drops of Herbivore Botanicals’ Phoenix Facial Oil ($137).
In the shower: Rosehip and chia seed oils keep moisture locked into your skin while you wash.

Pre-shower: It’s meant to be used after a shower, but patting a little of this body oil on dry elbows and kneecaps beforehand can keep them moisturised after, too.
In the shower: Nothing to be done here.

Pre-shower: Before shampooing, massage five drops of this pre-shampoo treatment onto a dry, itchy and/or flaky scalp. Let it sit for 15 minutes.
In the shower: The lightweight “dry” oil helps to soothe and hydrate an easily irritated scalp.

Pre-shower: If you use lots of styling products, apply this scrub a preliminary cleanser after you’ve wet your hair.
In the shower: Massage the scrub into damp hair to get rid of product buildup, then rinse and shampoo as usual.
