Wine and chocolate are two things I love in life, and this year Bobbi Brown has outdone itself with this beautifully inviting collection. Aside from eye palettes and sequin eyeshadows, the collection also has limited edition shades of the brand’s Luxe Lip Color lipsticks ($45 each) as well as Chocolate and Wine nail polishes ($25 each).

These palettes contain four shadows as well as a strip of Intense Pigment Liner for you to create wonderfully warm smokey eye looks. The Chocolate palette is a little more neutral and wearable while the Wine palette has a great warmth to it.
The brand’s sequin eye shadows now come in four new shades that work for both daytime sparkle and nighttime glam. Choose from Golden Chocolate, Silver Heather, Rose Gold, or Prosecco.
All about that lit-from-within glow, these two new limited edition shades are inspired by chocolate - the Brightening Blush in Warm Cocoa - and a delightful glass of Rose - Pink Truffle. They give your cheeks a soft wash of colour and a nice subtle shimmer.
Dior has limited edition versions of its bestsellers as part of their Christmas Look 2016 collection. For a signature holiday look, we recommend the Diorblush Splendor in 671 ($74) for a warm flush, the Diorific Matte Fluid in 004 Luxury ($60) for a bright red lip, the 5 Couleurs Splendor in 776 Precious Embroidery ($104) for a warm chocolatey smoky eye, and the Diorific Splendor in 001 ($125) for a pop of shimmer.

With a Diorblush in Happy Cherry, Face Powder, six eyeshadows, two lip colours and some mini brushes, this is truly an all-in-one palette. It even comes in a rather plush zip-up case complete with CD logo so you don’t have to worry about compacts accidentally opening in your makeup bag!
This is the perfect kit for a really natural eye look with lots of lash. The kit contains a Diorshow Iconic Overcurl mascara, as well as a mini version of their 5 Couleurs Eyeshadow palette in #746 Ambre Nuit.
This year, Lancome sees its first Holiday collection created by its creative director Lisa Eldridge.
The collection has a wintery feel to it, from the shade range to the sparkly packaging.

Shimmery eyeshadow is the theme of the season, and Lancome has got four shimmery versions of their highly pigmented and long-wear shadows. I love how pretty these look as a pop of shimmer on the center of the eyelids. You can even use the lighter ones as a highlight.
Stitched with golden thread and adorned with a fuchsia pink ribbon, this palette has six very harmonious shades to create a wintery smoky eye that’s still got enough browns and a coppery shimmer for a hint of warmth.
A liquid highlight you can carry with you all night? This cushion highlighter comes in the same beautiful gold packaging, and has a cooling lightweight formula. The colour is quite universal, a silver with a peach undertone, that blends out to a really subtle finish. It’s got a little sparkle to it as well, not just a sheen.
This year, Francois Nars has teamed up with iconic fashion photographer Sarah Moon to create a holiday collaboration that is deeply influenced by iconic cinema. The visuals of the collection were shot by Sarah herself, and they have an almost ethereal feel to them with the intention of blurring the lines between real and surreal. I love the packaging this year, and as always, the sets with miniature versions of their products.
A brand new formula from Nars, these skinny matte lipsticks are creamy and comfortable on the lips. Available in Nude Rose, Blood Red, Ruby Red, and Fire Brick.
If you know someone who doesn’t leave the house without blush, this gorgeous rosy palette contains a Red Velvet Matte Lip Pencil and four Nars blushes: Devotee, Myth, Unwritten, and Outlaw.
For the woman who is all about her lips and nails. This set contains two mini Audacious Lipsticks in Codie and Eva, as well as two nail polishes, a creamy La Dame En Blanc and fierce La Dame En Noir.
These limited edition eyelashes are available in two styles. Numero 9 looks more wearable and daytime-appropriate while Numero 10 is the more dramatic pair.
Everything sparkles gold with this year’s Yves Saint Laurent Beaute holiday collection. From the packaging to the eyeshadows, and even the nail polish, this is your one-stop-shop to get your glitz on. The brand has even released a limited edition Touche Eclat Corrector with the same shimmery gold packaging.

YSL has launched new shades for both its highly pigmented Rouge Pur Couture lipsticks and the balm-like Volupte Shine Oil-in-Sticks. Whether you choose to go with a bold matte lip or something more subtle and glossy, they’ve got you fully catered-to.
Eye-catching from the outside, inside the palette holds a wearable collection of shades and textures, from a highlighter with pink and gold undertones; four new eye shadows in shades of plum, gold, bronze, and a metallic rose, and two lip colours, the perfect nude, and a dramatic red. Complete with applicators, it is destined to be the palette for women on the go, both precious and practical.
If there’s one time of the year I’m willing to bust out the super sparkly glittery nail polish (because of how tedious glitter can be to remove), it’s the Holiday season. Choose from a rose gold glitter polish or a rock silver one, and opt for a sheer wash of shimmer or build up the glitter. A really easy way to get some really intense glitter payoff? Dab it on with a disposable makeup sponge. You can also coat your cuticles to save yourself some of the hassle of having to clean up after.
What looks like a bottle of nail polish is actually a lip and cheek product with an intriguing souffle-like finish. The product comes with a felt tip applicator, but I recommend using clean fingers to dab on the tiniest amount directly onto your face and then blending it out, as a little goes a long way.
The brand has released two new shades for the holidays, 22 Peche Irreverent (a dusty light pink) and 23 Rose Imprudent (a deeper chestnut-rose).
Shu Uemura has launched yet another wonderful Holiday collaboration this year, and this time it’s a collab with contemporary artist Takashi Murakami. We’ve already raved about this collection and the fun packaging, so check out our pick of eight things we love from the collection!

If you want to introduce someone to the brand or treat yourself to a little surprise, Jo Malone has released its Christmas Cracker for this year, and it comes with a sample of Body Creme, a mini Cologne, and a Body & Hand Wash Gel. While you don’t get to choose the scents, it makes for a fun little lucky dip. There’s also a smaller version of this set that comes without the body wash and is packaged in a cute little hanging ornament.
If I could ask for one perfume this Christmas, this would be it. The scent is a wonderfully warm and citrusy scent with a woodiness to it. It even comes in the collection’s limited edition harlequin design packaging, which makes it an absolute collectible.
For the price, you get a really generous number of products in this Blockbuster set. It contains a Day and a Night palette, four lipsticks, a new blush and shimmer compact, two lipgloss minis, a Grand Entrance Mascara, two lip pencils and eye pencils, a three piece brush set, and a 50ml bottle of All Gone Eye Makeup Remover.
