The seemingly unassuming mobile application that is TikTok, which bears resemblance to Apps such as Musical.ly, is home to a new generation of content creators who engage with their audiences in 15 seconds or less. The phenomena has also given rise to a whole new beauty community, composed mainly of Gen-Z, who are the majority users of the platform.
