The collection will soon be available at its flagship boutique at #B2-53 Ion Orchard which opened on December 19. The maison’s new brick-and-mortar store spans 95 square metres and houses the three key pillars of 

Dior Beauty – skincare, makeup and fragrances.

It will also carry the exclusive pre-launch of the limited edition Diormania Gold Edition Couture Cushion, Rouge Dior and the brand’s first ever balm, the Rouge Dior Satin Balm on December 26 – a week before these products launch island-wide on January 1 at other stockists. Besides the exciting pre-launch products, the boutique also stocks the brand’s fashion accessories to complete the entire retail experience.

What else we love about the new store: the skincare section which comes with a Dior Skin Scanner machine which lets you opt for a quick consultation to get an in-depth analysis of your skin condition. For a more pampering experience, the Alcove section of the store allows customers to experience a 30-minute treatment to refresh and rejuvenate complexions.

As a festive treat, the store is providing an engraving service for fragrances and lipsticks from December 23 to December 25 with a minimum spend of $150. A pouch and embroidery service will also be provided with every fragrance purchase.

Just how sought after is the first Rouge Dior Couture Balm? It sold out within hours of its launch on the brand’s website. The good news: this newest lip care will be available in stores in January and will complete the 75 shades of Rouge Dior’s legendary colour range.

It features a sheer universal finish formulated with 95 per cent natural-origin ingredients for everyday lip care. Red peony and pomegranate flower extracts work synergistically with shea butter to offer protection and supply intense hydration to the puckers for a reported 24 hours of comfortable wear.

The ever iconic Rouge Dior lipsticks are now boosted with an updated colour-enhancing formula that focuses on Dior’s floral science. The protective properties of red peony sids in preserving moisture in the lips to boost the luminosity of the lipstick shades while extracts of pomegranate blossom work to provide suppleness and comfort for all day wear. Shea butter then complements the flowers extracts’ protective action and provides intense nourishment for smooth, plump puckers.

The shade range that boasts a satin matte finish now comes with two new finishes: an extra-matte velvet and a bright, bold metallic. The former is said to deliver an extreme matte finish that does not compromise on lip care, what with a reported 16 hours of comfortable wear while the latter delivers a luminous sheen to the lips.
