Every time I think I have too many eyeshadow palettes, something new catches my attention and has me considering parting way with my money. If you’re anything like me, you’re going to love these gorgeous new makeup palettes.
The worldwide hype surrounding this palette has been incredible, with people queueing up outside Sephora stores in the US to get their hands on it. A sort of summer sequel to the Sweethearts palette, this one really smells like peaches, and has a gorgeous selection of warm pinky-peach shades. It’s a great palette for Asian skin tones.
Every single version of this palette screams perfection. It caught my eye as I was walking out of Sephora one day and I love that it comes in variations with colours to suit different skin tones, whether you’ve got fair skin or darker skin.
In celebration of 20 years of beauty with an edge, Urban Decay is launching this stunning palette as a follow up to last year’s Vice palette. The 20 shades are a mix of vintage UD shades (like Gash, Acid Raid and UV-B), the latest must-haves, cult faves from past palettes, as well as three brand new shades. The palette is pretty much a summary of the last 20 years, and has something for everyone.
Available from June 16, 2015, at Sephora Singapore.
While i’ve raved about their makeup brushes in the past, I haven’t yet talked about Zoeva’s eyeshadows. The palettes are so affordable (for the quality and number of shadows you get), and the shade range is amazing. This Nude Spectrum one in particular has the perfect range of nudes for light-to-medium skin tones.
These babies aren’t out until July 2016, but I can’t bring myself to leave them off this list (they have been available worldwide for some time, in all fairness). Kat Von D eyeshadows are so buttery soft, blendable and pigmented, they go on like a dream. You can try out these smaller quads that have everything you need for an entire eye look, as well as a larger Shade and Light Eye palette that I highly recommend if you love neutrals.
There are two palettes in this super cute tribal range, but Call of the Canyon (left) is my favourite. It’s got four really flattering and easy-to-wear shades that are dying for a spot on your vanity. There isn’t a mirror in the palette, but that’s a sacrifice we’re willing to make.
This palette gives us serious #desertvibes with the serene blue and earthy stone and bronze shades. The packaging? Stunning as always.
One of the newest brands to hit Sephora.sg, this face definer palette contains a contour shade, a blush, and a highlight. It’s sleek and compact, and is perfect for someone who wants a very natural look with minimal products.
I love everything about Tarte’s cosmetics from the ingredients to the formulas, and especially the packaging. The Tartelette in Bloom palette is the sequel to the first all-matte Tartelette palette, except this one comes with several shimmery shades as well. It’s got the perfect mix of warm everyday neutrals.
