Ahh… motherhood. So rewarding yet so draining. Mothers of young children often jokingly complain about how we have no time to ourselves to even use the toilet, much less maintain a beauty routine. How do celeb mothers like Joanne Peh and Fann Wong always look so amazing?

Well, aside from their glam squad consisting of stylist, makeup artist, hair stylist, etc… I am pretty sure that in real life they do have some skincare and makeup essentials. I mean, no one looks that good all the time without some kind of constant maintenance.

Working on the beauty desk and being a mum myself, I daresay have tried almost every multitasking, fuss-free product there is around. And I find myself falling back on proven beauty essentials that are “fast-to-cook-good-to-eat” as I call them. The ones that can be applied in mere seconds (as I stop at red lights on my drive to work) and that offer real, tangible benefits.
